Yinchuan Tour seems not that popular as tours to other destinations, but it is still charming. As the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Yinchuan has over 1,300 years of brilliant history, and continues to serve as the gateway to northwest China. The city is positioned in an ideal geographical location - in the middle of the Yellow River irrigation area and vast plains, with Mt. Helan to the west. It is located in the dry temperate zone and enjoys a typical continental temperate climate characterized by its long cold winter, short hot summer, low annual precipitation and plenty of sunshine. Yinchuan is made up of two counties and three districts.
