The Heilongjiang River has two sources, with the main source being the Ergun River. The Ergun Rivers beginning is the Hailar River that begins from the Greater Hinggan range in Inner Mongolia.
Hulun Lake, known as Dalai Lake in Mandarin, is the fifth largest fresh water lake in China and the largest lake in Inner Mongolia. The lake is very picturesque and beautiful to look at and spend time wondering around its edges.
