Tour Itinerary
Day 01:Hohhot/Grassland (L/D)
The entire day of your tour will be spent visiting The Gegentala Grasslands. The prairies here are remarkably gorgeous. Today you will go horse riding, visit a herdsmen's tent and other local activities. In the evening you will eat a traditional Mongolian Dinner and view performances of Singing and Dancing. Afterwards you will spend the night in a traditional Mongolian Yurt.

Day 02:Grassland/Hohhot (B)
Today you will head back to Hohhot city and sightsee within the city. You will visit the Provincial Museum, which houses several ethnic Mongolian artifacts, visit Dazhao Temple, the largest Gelukpa temple in town and the Five Pagoda Temple. After the tour you will be brought to the airport for your next destination.

The Inner Mongolian Museum was founded on the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in 1957. The building was designed in the style of the local inhabitants, is located at the intersection of Xinhua Dajie and Zhongshan Lu in the heart of Hohhot City, the capital of the autonomous region.
The Five-Pagoda Temple is also called the Sarira Pagoda of Diamond Throne. The temple was built in 1732, the 10th year of the Yongzheng Reign of the Qing. Among its notable features is the 16-metre-high structure consisting of five tiny pagodas that are elevated atop a Diamond Throne.
