Tour Itinerary
Lanzhou city is sectioned into three parts:valleys, basins and hills. Today you will be picked up from your hotel and travel to the Five Fountain Hill and The Gansu Provincial Museum. At the museum you will be able to see carvings, ceramics, wooden tablets, the 2,000 year old bronze statue and others. It is one of the best provincial museums in all of China. Afterwards, you will then visit White Pagoda Park. This park is located on the north bank of the Yellow River with the pagoda inside. The pagoda is octagonal with 7 terraces. After the tour you will be brought to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Gansu Provincial Museum
The best museum in the province is the Gansu Provincial Museum, more than 16 acres large. The museum is made up of three separate buildings that are linked by hallways and divided even further in an upstairs and downstairs.
White Pagoda
There is a white pagoda named Baitasi that is located on the summit of a hill that turned into a part in 1958. The pagoda is 17 meters tall and built of brick. It was built to remember a Tibetan Lama of the Sa-skya-pa Sect of Tibetan Buddhism who died while traveling to Mongolia to meet with Genghis Khan.
