The China panda tour provides a rare opportunity to visit the Panda Reserves in a natural environment as well as experience the essence of Chengdu. The Giant Panda is a mammal classified in the bear family that lives mainly in central-western and southwestern China. This chunky, lumbering creature is very endearing but unfortunately is currently an endangered species. This tour ombines your visit to the new home of Giant Pandas in Bifeng Valley with the highlights of Chengdu. It also allows you to explore their natural habitat and discover the magnificent but often illusive animals in the wild. Bifengxia, where the panda was first discovered in 1920s, is a part of the Wolong Panda Reserve and located about 100 miles southwest of Chengdu.

Tour Itinerary
Itinerary (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner)Day 01: Arrive in Chengdu
Arrive in Chengdu, your guide will pick you up from the airport, then transfer to your hotel to check in.
Day 02: Chengdu / Wolong / Chengdu (B/L/D)
Today, you will enjoy a full day tour of Wolong Panda Reserve. Probably the earliest reserves of its kind in China this 200,000 hectare park are a truly splendid way to see the panda in its natural state.
Day 03: Chengdu / Mt. Le / Mt. Emei (B/L/D)
Today, you will be picked up at your hotel and visit Mt. Le and Mt. Emei. Mt. Emei is one of the four mountains in China sacred to Buddhism, and has long been famous in Chinese literature for its spectacular scenery.
Day 04: Mt. Emei / Chengdu (B/L/D)
Drive back to Chengdu. Upon your arrival, your guide will take you to visit Wuhou Temple & Wangjiang Tower.
Day 05: Depart from Chengdu (B)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to take a flight to your next destination.
