Guishan Han Tomb
Guishan Han Tomb, located near Guishan in Jiuli District, is the most famous Han tomb in China due to its architecture and large scale. Consisting of several different rooms and corridors, the Guishan Han Tomb was built for the sixth prince, Liu Zhu (who reigned between 128 BC-116 BC), and princess of the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC-24 AD). The Guishan Han Tomb covers an area of over 700 square meters (more than 837 square yards), boasting the grand scale, extraordinary design and delicate work.
The unearthed relics from this Guishan Han Tomb like various bronze ware, vivid gold-plated tigers and delicate jade articles are now exhibited in the Xuzhou Museum.
