The Inner Mongolian Museum was founded on the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, in 1957. Covering an area of 3,500 square meters, it is located in the heart of Hohhot and is the largest and best museum in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
