The Czech Repubic is a Central European country that borders Poland to the northeast, Germany to the west and northwest, Austria to the south and Slovakia to the east. Czech covers an area of 78,866 square kilometers consisting of Bohemia, Morovia and Silesia, and has a population of over 10 million people. The national day of The Czech Republic is October 28th. China established diplomatic relations with Czech on January 1st, 1993 after its independence from Soviet Union. Since then the bilateral cooperations have been developing smoothly and healthily.
