Namibia

Namibia, officially the Republic of Namibia, is a southern African country that borders the Atlantic Ocean. It covers an area of totally 825,418 square kilometers and has an estimated population of over 2.1 million people. Rich alluvial diamond deposits make Namibia a primary source for gem-quality diamonds. China and Namibia established diplomatic relations on March 22, 1990. Since then, China has completed the drilling of wells and construction of generally affordable housing, pumping stations and a children's recreation center and so on. The current underway project is the construction of the local parliament buildings.
